The Missions Cafe

Opportunity
Overland Park First Assembly of God decided to repurpose a section of the church to create The Missions Cafe, a missions-themed coffee shop highlighting the missionaries the church supports. I was hired to create a simple brand for this new cafe. The brand needed to fit the modern aesthetic of the cafe and work with the church's current branding.
Solution
Using the current brand's font, I created a minimal logo and brand style that fits within the cafe's aesthetic while not overwhelming the primary messaging of the cafe: missions. The new brand has created a clean, modern place for church members and guests to gather for fellowship and coffee all while learning about the heart of the church...missions.
